개인정보 처리방침

PitchChanger.io는 무료 온라인 피치 변환 도구입니다. 기본적으로 개인정보를 보호할 수 있도록 설계되었으며, 처리 과정은 100% 브라우저 내에서 이루어지고 오디오 파일은 사용자의 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않습니다.

수집하는 정보

• Google Analytics를 통한 익명화된 사용 통계 (페이지 조회수, 기능 사용 현황).
• 피드백 작성을 위해 로그인하는 경우: Google 또는 Facebook에서 제공하는 이름, 이메일, 프로필 사진.

피드백 및 OAuth 로그인

Google 또는 Facebook으로 로그인하여 피드백을 남기면, 이름·이메일·프로필 사진이 저장됩니다. 이름과 프로필 사진은 게시된 피드백에 공개적으로 표시됩니다. 이메일은 계정 관리 목적으로만 저장되며 외부에 공개되지 않습니다.

처리 방식

모든 피치 변환은 Web Audio API와 SoundTouch를 사용하여 브라우저 내에서 처리됩니다. 오디오 파일은 사용자의 기기에 저장된 채로 처리되며, 서버로 업로드되지 않습니다.

The iPhone app (Pitch Changer: Key & Tempo)

• Your audio stays on your phone. Every tool processes the files you choose on the device itself. Nothing is uploaded to us or to anyone else, and we never see your files.
• Only files you pick. The app works with audio or video files you choose yourself through the Files or Photos picker. It does not scan your music library, your photos or your contacts.
• Microphone. The Guitar Tuner, Tap BPM Detector and Voice Recorder use the microphone, and only while you are on those screens. The tuner records nothing. Voice Recorder recordings are saved on your phone and nowhere else.
• Ads (Google AdMob). The free app shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier and your interaction with ads to show and measure them. When the app first opens it asks, through Apple's standard prompt, whether ads may be personalised. You can say no and the app works exactly the same. You can change this later in Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking.
• Removing the ads. The Remove Ads purchase takes the ads away for good. Apple handles the payment; we never receive your card or bank details, only a receipt that the purchase was made.
• Crash and usage reports. The app may send anonymous crash reports and usage statistics (which tools are used, how often, the device model and iOS version) through Google Firebase so we can fix problems and improve the app. These reports never contain your audio.
• European Union users. Before any ads are shown you will see a consent screen (Google's User Messaging Platform) where you can decline personalised ads.
• Children. The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
• Your choices. To remove everything the app has stored, delete the app; nothing is kept on our side. Ad settings live in your iPhone settings.

ChatGPT 앱 (Vocal Remover by PitchChanger.io)

보컬 제거 기능은 ChatGPT 안의 앱으로도 이용할 수 있으며, 게시자는 CHOIS MUSIC, INC.입니다. 이 부분은 그 앱에 대한 내용입니다. 위의 내용은 모두 웹사이트에 대한 내용입니다.

• 곡은 기기에 그대로 있습니다. 앱은 사용자의 컴퓨터나 휴대폰에서 보컬과 반주를 분리합니다. 선택한 곡은 저희에게 업로드되지 않습니다.
• 다운로드 파일은 15분 동안 보관됩니다. ChatGPT는 앱이 파일을 직접 저장하지 못하게 하므로, Download MP3를 누르면 완성된 MP3 하나(반주 또는 보컬)가 다운로드 링크를 만들기 위해 저희 서버로 전송됩니다. 이 파일은 임의의 링크 뒤에 있으며, 공유되지 않고, 15분 후 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
• 계정, 광고, 추적 기능이 없습니다. 앱은 로그인을 요구하지 않고, 광고를 표시하지 않으며, 쿠키를 설정하지 않고, ChatGPT 대화 내용을 보지 않습니다. 저희 호스트인 Cloudflare는 서비스를 안전하게 유지하기 위해 기본 요청 기록(IP 주소와 시간 등)을 며칠 동안 보관합니다.

광고 (Google AdSense)

저희는 Google AdSense를 통해 광고를 게재합니다. Google은 광고 제공 및 성과 측정을 위해 쿠키 또는 유사 기술을 사용할 수 있습니다. 이 쿠키는 제3자인 Google이 관리합니다.

분석 (Google Analytics)

저희는 Google Analytics 4를 사용하여 사이트 트래픽을 측정하고 사용자가 도구를 어떻게 이용하는지 파악합니다. 이를 통해 서비스를 개선합니다. GA4는 쿠키를 사용하며 다음을 포함한 익명화된 사용 데이터를 수집합니다:

• 개인 데이터를 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다.
• 숨은 업로드는 없습니다. 웹사이트에서는 파일이 브라우저 안에 그대로 있습니다.
• 개별 사용자나 개인 정보를 추적하지 않습니다.

사용자의 선택

맞춤 광고를 원하지 않으시면 Google 계정에서 광고 설정을 관리하거나 브라우저의 광고/개인정보 설정을 이용하세요. 시크릿 모드를 사용할 수도 있지만, 일부 브라우저에서는 시크릿 모드에서 처리 기능이 정상적으로 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.
